Archbishop Shane Mackinlay (Brisbane OLD) visited Our Lady of Mt Carmel parish last Sunday (12 July) to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel with the parish community. Frs Bruce Clark (Prior Provincial), Martinho da Costa (Parish Priest), Paul Sireh (Chaplain to the PNG Brisbane & Gold Coast Catholic Community and Anacleto Guterres da Costa concelebrated the Mass. Members of the parish were joined by members of the PNG Brisbane & Gold Coast Catholic Community.
It was a prayerful and joyful occasion, bringing the community together in devotion to Our Lady and in thanksgiving for her maternal care and intercession.
